We ship US Postal Service worldwide. Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared.  Multiple orders receive free shipping within the continental United States.

RETURNS

It goes without saying that we hope you love our jewelry and gifts, but if for some reason you find that the piece you received is not what you had in mind, you can return it in its original packaging in original condition to us within 10 days of receiving your item for an exchange or refund.  If you find that you need to return an item please contact us to receive a return number.  Items returned without this return number cannot be accepted.  Items are subject to inspection to confirm that they are in original condition.  Refunds will be issued once this inspection is completed.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you need to return a piece of jewelry due to damage or breakage and would like it repaired, please contact us.  We will repair your jewelry for a small fee, all you have to do is package all of the beads and components and send them to us.  You will also need to cover shipping costs both ways.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you find that you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please email us immediately and we will promptly refund your money.  Once items have shipped, we cannot cancel the order.  You can return the item(s) once you receive them following the above guidelines.
